However, I was a bit disappointed that fresh milk for tea wasn't provided, which would have been a nice touch.

absolutely not impressed. first, I had a surprise credit charge instead of the agreed payment method, which was completely uncalled for. if I wanted to plan everything, I’d vacation at home. might have left a better review but just couldn’t.
